Polycrystalline Diamond wire drawing die Blanks is diamond crystal block of diamond particles and catalyst cobalt sintered under high temperature and ultrahigh pressure. It has the wear resistance, hardness and good thermal conductivity of natural diamond and the similar toughness of hard alloy. It has a long useful life and can be used in drawing of many kinds of alloy, such as stainless steel, tungsten, molybdenum and aluminum.
Polycrystalline Diamond wire drawing die blanks of Supreme Company is divided into self supported blanks series and Tungsten carbide supported blanks series. Self supported blanks series consists of round and hexagon two types:
