This bag resin does not contain any polyolefin, e.g. PE, PP, PS or PVC. In accordance with ISO standards 14852, 14855 and 16929, it can be degraded completely within 12 weeks. The compostable resin can be used to produce various packaging films, e.g. agricultural mulch film, surgery gloves, non-woven fabrics, nappies, surgery threads, due to its good elongation property.
The minimum thickness of the film made of such material can be 10 microns.

Characteristics:Granule colour is light yellow, has slight starch fragrance, easily absorbs moisture and is easily decomposed by microbes within 90 days, anstatic, easily coloured. Granules come in cylinder or round shape. Processing temperature is generally lower than that of common plastic. These granules can be directly processed into final products without adding any other polyolefin materials.
Note:
1. Due to the high starch content, the resin easily absorbs moisture. It needs to be stored in a dry environment, and the packaging should be sealed properly to prevent moisture.
2. In case the resin is damp, it should be dried for 2 hours at 80ºC.
3. During processing, the temperature is correct when the corn starch fragrance can be smelled at the hopper.
4. It can be decomposed into soil friendly substances under a microbial environment within 90 days.
