a.selec pendulum tubes (Φ16mm) with appropriate radius(0.4/0.6m/0.2/0.8/1.0/1.2/1.4/1.6m) and make the sample table height equals to the diameter of pendulum tubes .
b.Place sample on the table(does not move) and dstance between the top side of the sample and the spout less than 200mm.
Test condition
Water flow rate is calculated on the basis of the number of the spray hole of the pendulum tubes, each hole equals to 0.07 L/min.During testing, the spray hole spray water to the sample on both side of the midpoint of the pendulum tubes with 60°swinging, and the sample is placed in the center of the semicircle of tubes. The tube swings 60°respectively back and forth, total 120. It takes about 4s to swing (2×120°) once a time.
