It consists of film blowing part and printing part. (I) Film blowing parts The technical flowing of film blowing parts is as following: Feeding →plastifying→extruding→blowing out and extensing→cooling and finalizing the design→traction→coming into printing part 1.Material The raw material is LDPE or HDPE.    2.Feeding Process Just the equipment start, should put litter material. Until the material is extruded, the machine head is normal and the condition of plastifying is good, then add large quantities of material. 3.Plastifying process The raw material goes out from the extruder and it is heated through preheat section, plastifying section and extruding out measurement section, mixed by screw pole, the grain material is plastified into fused mass.  4.The Extruding out process The fused material output from the screw pole extruding out section makes the original swirl material becoming the advection through the filter screen in machine head. Then, the material comes into the spiral machine head and flows into the die opening, finally, it becomes the cylinder filming tube, extruded out.  5.The processes of film-blowing, lengthways towing   After the filming tube is drafted out, the size of film should be controlled well. The main processes are the blowing out and the lengthways drafting.  Under the certain extruding machine rotating, the instant temperature and the changeless material discharging, the size (width of breadth ) is decided by the ratio of blowing out, which (the times of film’s transversed drafting ) is easily operated under 3 ~ 6 times.  The thickness of film is decided by the lengthways drafting time, i.e. the ratio between drafting speed and the extruding speed, normally it is 3~7 times. If the drafting ration is too large, the film is easily broken out. 6.Cooling and finalizing the design The design finalizing is mainly decided by cooling vane(air ring) and air pressure. Its function is to make the film tube extrude out from die opening and the plastics cooled according the designed shape and it is adjusted in fine. The more precision section shape and brightness surface. After the shaped, the material passes the drafting roll and comes into printing part. (II) Printing part The technical flowing is as follows, traction roller→electronic friction machine→first overprint→dry→second overprint →the same speed roller traction rewind. 1.The electric compact machine to treat the film  In this machine, the electronic friction machine is adopted to use the high frequency pulse high voltage, make the air bring ionization and the discharge phenomena. When the plastic film passes through the electric discharge space and bears the pulse arc stroke, the original smooth surface of film forms the pores which can be seen by the naked eye, so the printing fastness can be improved. 2.Printing speed adjustment The motor is electrically moment motor, which uses 200~1200 rotates/min. The worm wheel and worm make the printing plate and roller rotating at the same speed (when the slowdown of the worm wheel and worm is large it can lock itself). Through the mechnism driving, the printing speed can be adjusted between 8~40 meter/min, at your optional. 3.Drying part The oven drying is used between the front chromatography and the back chromatography to reach the ink drying quality. The time of ink drying effects directly the quality of products. 4. The lengthways and transverse adjustments of printing. Because the plate shaft of machine is driven by guild adding straight gear, the transverse adjustment range of plate (Left and Right) is 50mm (adjusted by wheel), the lengthways (front and back) is adjusted by handwheel to raise or fall down, the chromatography adjustment can be finished, its large adjustment range is 400mm. 5. Printing roll, ink scraping and gravure processes        When printing roll was rolled in the ink channel, the whole cylinder is painted with thicker ink, then you can use the machine scraper, the scraper removes the thicker ink in printing chart. So, some surface of roll becomes blank and the depressed part is filled fully with ink, then under the press roll pressure, the ink at the depressed part (pattern) is transferred and printed to the surface of film. 6.Rewinding part This machine adopt double friction rewinders and cutting device. It could produce the single layer film and double layers rounded film according to clients’ requirements. It could double rewind in single layer or single rewind in two layers. The film should be rewinded smoothly.
