YM-530B was developed by our own R&D center in July 2009.It is good to be used in pvc foam board,pvc foam lines and pvc foam shoes etc.It can significantly reduce the cost to produce pvc products, and is highly regarded by the customers both home and abroad.
Advantages:
1. fast plasticization
2. better fluidity
4. Improve surface glossness of the final pvc products
5. Lower dosage and higer efficiency
6. To prevent the bubbles merger and collapse to ensure the even foamed pvc final products.
Recommendation usage:6-8phr per 100 PVC resin.
Packing:
- Standard recommended storage conditions are as follows:
- Store indoors, protected from weather (moisture)
- Temperature should not exceed 55°C
- Unopened (if material is opened, it should not be left exposed and should be used within one month), ambient temperature preferred.
When stored correctly in the original packaging, the shelf life is: 2.5 years from date of manufacture
