Introduction of wood sawdust pellet line The wood sawdust pellet line is a whole system automatic production line which suitable for raw materials like: sawdust,Website:http://www.fdsp-cn.com, rice husk, rice straw, cotton stalks, forest wood waste, wood waste and other biomass waste with different capacity. Project Description: The complete whole process including debarking system, chipping system, grinding system, drying system, pelleting system, cooling system, packing system. 1. Debarking System——Roller Debarker & Drum Debarker Wood debarker machine is applicable to peel the log of MDF board and paper making industry, it is mainly used to peel log, small wood and so on, the peeled rate is more than 95 percent. 2. Chipping System——Wood Chipper In the pellet plant before raw materials are made into biomass pellets, they are  first reduced into much smaller, uniformly-sized particles. When the thick nedd is larger than 10mm or the size is greater than 50*50mm, a chippper is needed to chip these materials into smaller pieces. 3. Grinding System——Hammer Mill Machine The hammer mill is used to further crush these small pieces into particles of less than 3mm in diameter. 4. Drying System——Dryer Machine After raw materials are crushed a dryer is needed since most raw wood materials havea moisture content of about 50%. However,the optimal moisture content for pelletiztionis 13%-15%. Therefore a rotary dryer is included in the pellet plant to reducethe  oisture content. After crushing and drying you can begin making wood pellets. 5. Pelleting System——Pellet Mill Machine After crushing and drying the raw material properly it is then ready for the pellet mill. The pelletizing machine or press is the key piece of machinery in the pellet plant. It should be mentioned that impurities in the raw materials like metal orstone,may damage the die and rollers of pellet making machine. 6. Cooling System——Cooling Machine  Usually after pelletizing, the temperature of pellets is between 60-80 degrees and the moisture content is close to 15%. For storage purpose, a cooler must be used to reduce their surface temperature and moisture content. 7. Packaing System Finally is the packing process. In order to protect the wood pellets becoming getting damp and to increase storability, properpacking is necessary.  Application of wood sawdust pellet line Today, the biomass energy as a good kind of green, low carbon, environmental-friendly fuel has been used to replac traditional fossil fuels like coal, gas, petrol, etc. 1.Burning in a stove to cook at home; 2.Heat the house, school, hotel, or greenhouse, farm; 3.Used in thermal power plants to replac coal. 4.Used as cat litter to replac clay; 5.Used as horse bedding, or beddings for cow, chicken, dogs, and other animals.
