Type IH pump is single-stage single suction chemical cantilever centrifugal pump, it is instead of type F anti-corrosive centrifugal pump, it is a energy-saving product and widely used in the fields of chemical engineering, petroleum, metallurgy, paper-making, food, medicine, fiber etc., it is suitable for delivering corrosive medium or the medium which are not permitted to contaminate, the inlet pressure of pump is not allowed more than 0.3Mpa, the temperature of the liquids is -20℃~105℃.

Construction feature
Main parts of type IH chemical pump are pump casing, impeller, sealing ring, impeller nut, pump cover, sealing parts, intermediate support shaft and cantilever etc.
The construction feature: Pump cover is fixed on intermediate support. Pump casing is axial suction and radial discharge, it adopts foundation support, the casing can fixed on foundation as directly, cantilever part fixed on intermediate support, born by foundation base. In repair, only disassemble the mid-coupling, the rotor can be disassembled to repair, it needn’t disassemble the pipe , pump and motor.
There are the packing seal and mechanical seal for shaft seal, it can be selected according to medium or manufacturing technology, the pump couple the motor by lengthening coupling. View from motor end, the rotating direction is clockwise.
