Just because these two materials have higher melting point. So, it maintains the high tensile strength and also has good laminating properties. The melting point of the sheath and core difference between 30 to 130 degrees centigrade. Hence, the production process is easy to control.
Composite processing is including cast, ultrasonic and thermal compound method and others.
