Taber method bending stiffness tester is used to evaluate the stiffness and resiliency of cardboard by international Taber method
Taber method bending stiffness tester principle
It is designed according static bend principle. Vertically fix one side of the sample, and bend the other side, when a certain angle is reached, the resistance strength is bend stiffness, and the unit is mN; or the product of resistance power and length, the unit is mN.m.
Taber method bending stiffness tester technical features
1. LCD display, PVC operaion manual
2. 7.5° and 15° stiffness test and 90° paperboard crease stiffness test
3. Any test time setting between 3-35 seconds
4. Six specimens of different length can be tested
5. Automatic measuring, statistics and printing; test time setting
6. Two test curves display of force-time, force-angle
7. High speed returning to original postion, which can be set between 0.55 º/s and 20º/s
