DXZPTD rotary series high frequency welding machines have 4, 6 or 8 stations. Mounted heated electrode holding plate for various material :PVC, PET, PET-G, PET-GAG. The production power outputs from 8kw to 25kw. This series HF Welder is made specifically for production in various industries: packaging,textile,medical etc.
The turntable is equipped with special high precision rotary indexing gear controlled by frequency inverter.
DXTDZP series also mounted a air tank to ensure the air flow stable when the machine producing .
Machine also equipped with quick change electrode holder. DAVISON have own tooling department which can design and make any electrode and die required for any demanding production needs.
