As a supplement, this alkaloid is derived from the bark of a West African evergreen tree known as Yohimbe. Yohimbine is an active chemical found within Yohimbe bark extract. In many cases, this supplement is used for treating side effects that may be caused by selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.
Yohimbine increases the amount of blood that is allowed to flow into the penis and prevents blood from flowing out of the penis. Medical Uses:

Yohimbe contains a chemical called yohimbine which can increase blood flow and nerve impulses to the penis or vagina. It also helps counteract the sexual side effects of certain medications used for depression.
How to Use It?
Take this medication by mouth with or without food, usually 3 times daily or as directed by your doctor.
