It means they are very familiar with our production processing and work very carefully to ensure each dress we produce with high quality with positive attitude. What’s more, each dress details we asked our QC confirm again.

Q: Will the real dress look different from the picture?
A: We 100% guarantee that the designs of the dresses are exactly the same as they are in the pictures in our website. However, due to the differences in lighting and computer monitor settings, the color may be a little bit different.
Q: How do I wash or iron my dresses?
A: Since our dresses are well-made with very complicated workmanship, we dont suggest you wash our dresses in washing machines. If you do want to wash them, dry-cleaning is the best choice. The second choice is to wash them softly in cold water by hand.
Q: Can I order a custom-made dress from your factory?
A: Yes, we can customize dress to you according to your requirement. But the price for a custom-made dress is higher and takes longer time to deliver. And the MOQ need to be 50 dresses. Besides, you need to provide us some important measurements of yours.
Q: How can I make an order to you?
A: You can order it directly by Aliexpress to make the payment, we will receive your order and ship it to you. As you know more quantity means cheaper price and can save more courier fee.
If you order more than 10 pieces dresses, the best way for you is copy dresses picture to us by email or whatsapp and inform us the size and quantity you need so that we can offer the best price for you. Then you can pay directly to our Paypal account. After you make the payment successfully, we will prepare to delivery dress to you within two days and inform you the tracking number.
Q: What should I do if I havent received my dress?
A: If you havent received your dress, kindly be patient. Your dress may reach your hand in the next few days. Meanwhile, kindly contact the shipping company by your side or contact us for help, we will try our best to help you.
