The variant strain of Aspergi Lus Clavatus is deeply fermented and cultivated,and then they are dried with low temperature to appear a kind of new enzyme—Xylanase.It can dissolve hemicellulose,xylan which is made up of Pentose to Pentose,such as xylose,glucoxylose,little gum sugar,etc.It is mainly used in beer brewing,feed,medical,etc.

Three.Define of enzyme activity
In the condition of 37 centi grade,pH5.5,one activity unit is defined as the needed enzyme amout which it decomposes xylan which the concentration is 5 mg/ml for 1 micromole reducing sugar every minute.
Four.Using methods
Using in beer and foods.Adding this enzyme can reduce the viscosity of solution to raise the productivity.The decommended amount is 5-10 u per gram material.
Using in fruit juice.It can be used together with pectase to decompose xylan to increase concentrating rate. The decommended amount is 5-10 u per gram material.
Using in feed.It can promote the growth of good germ.Amount:1-5u per gram material.
Five.Package and storage
1kg per aluminium foil bag, 20kg per paper box.
It can be stored in cool and dry place, and avoided strong light and heat,rain on the road of transportation.The enzyme activity can be well kept about six month in the normal temperature.
