We are the leading and professional supplier of two-piece capsules in China. Our plant is located in Weinan city, Shaanxi province. The occupied area of plant is 5000 square meters with 100-thousand-grade Cleaning workshop. Eight production lines and the annual production capability for vegetarian empty capsule is about 4 billion pieces.
We own many patents for capsule production and technology. Advanced production equipment, high effective auto production lines, strictly air cleaning control system and quality control system, according with US GMP and EuropeanGMP requirements.

Our vegetable empty capsules are made from 100% plant-derived HPMC (hydroxyl propyl methyl cellulose), these empty vegetarian capsules contain no animal by-products, BSE, preservatives, artificial colors, starch, sugar, corn, wheat or dairy. In addition they are Kosher, Halal and manufacturing in a GMP and FDA-approved facility.

The raw materials |
The raw material of vegetarian vacant capsule is HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), which is authorized as a direct or indirect food additive by FDA and European unio. HPMC Capsule is included in the data base of GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) as safe substance. Data base of JECFA (Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives) also contains HPMC, but does not impose any limitation on the maximum daily dosage of HPMC. |

Cross-linking reaction: Lysine in the gelatin reacts with the aldehyde group in medicine powder, lowering the solubility. Maillard reaction: amine-group compounds (amino acid and protein) react with carboxides (reducing sugar), thus producing brown or even black macromolecular substances such as melanoidins through complicated process. |
