PVC, PE Single Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line
Application: The corrugated pipe produced by this line has the advantages of high-temperature resistance, corrosion-resistance, anti-wear and high tenacity; the pipes are mainly used for electricity wire sleeve, wire sleeve in cars, protection wire sleeve, machine tool, food packaging machines, electrical mobiles, engineering installation, lamps and lanterns, automated instrument, etc.
Characteristics: Special designed screw and mould; the convenient and reliable changing of the mould have solved the problems of easy wear of the barrel and hard foamed of the material. The production line is running fast, stably and easy to operate.
Material: Nylon, temperature range: － 40℃-115℃ without halogen. The oil-proof, acid-proof and flame retardant ratio is HB（UL94）; The black pipe is resistant to the ultraviolet radiation.
Material: Polypropylene (PP), temperature range: － 20℃-110℃; oil-proof, acid and alkali-resistance, the black pipe is resistant to the ultraviolet radiation.
Material: Polythene (PE), temperature range: － 40℃-80℃; oil-proof, acid and alkali-resistance, the black pipe is resistant to the ultraviolet radiation.
Material: PVC; temperature range: － 10℃-95℃ oil-proof, acid and alkali-resistance, the black pipe is resistant to the ultraviolet radiation.
Application: This production line mainly uses PE or PVC as raw material to produce large caliber double-wall corrugate pipe. Thanks to its unique structure, the pipe has the advantages of light weight, good performance of shock resistance, high rigidity, corrosion-resistance, cold and hot resistance; therefore, the pipes are widely used in the fields of electricity wire sleeve, urban water supply and drainage system, agricultural irrigation pipe, underground filtration irrigation and the water supply or drainage system in buildings.
Mould and auxiliary machine: the foamed mould die is of high precision; the mould blocks are of changeable; there are two cooling modes to the mould block, by water and by fan. The belling in line of the PVC pipe is available, which ensures all the performance index of the pipes. The planetary cutting machine is of high cutting precision; SIMENS human-machine interface control system realizes high automation. The production line is able to produce PE double wall corrugated pipe when change the extruder and some related equipment.
Extruder: The extruder can be designed according to the different material; HDPE material uses new type high efficiency single screw extruder, the PVC material uses large conical twin-screw extruder or parallel twin screw extruder.
