Application

1.   Suitable for a large variety of aluminum wire for large pull, medium pull, small pull and micro pull drawing process;

2.   Suitable for varnished wire, copper clad steel wire, nickel plating, zinc-coated copper wire, tinned copper wire, aluminum clad copper wire, and zinc, tin, line drawing;

3.   Suitable for high speed, medium speed, low speed drawing process.

Use-method

1.   Should choose fresh water to configuration working liquid

2.   Recommended dilution: large pull 6%—8%, medium pull4%—5%, small pull and micro pull1.5%—3%

3.   Put the fully soluble working liquid into the water tank

4.   Use for a long time, should be appropriate to add this product, to maintain performance for the lubricating fluid

       Notes

1.   Recommended to use high quality drinking water. When add the working liquid, concentration is large, preventing the decline of lubricating and anti-rust performance;

2.   Prohibition of mixed metal debris, wool and other sundries; Prohibit using working liquid wash hand, and wash rag
