Q:Can we print our logo on the motors?
A: We provide OEM motor production manufacturing for our customer, so you can customize your logo and print your logo on the motors. This service only be provided when you have large qty.
Q: How long we can receive the motors once we placed the order?
A: The lead time is determined by your order quantity and whether you need any customization service or not. For our standard models and your order is less than 10 pcs, our lead time is 3 days. For larger quantity, we need to confirm it before accept your order.
Q: How would you ship the motors? how you will package it?
A: Normally we use DHL or Fedex to ship the samples as it can provide site-to-site delivery service and it has high efficiency. For large quantities, we can selec shipping by sea or by air to save the cost, it is determined by your urgency on the motors.
Q: whether the price you offering includes the shipping Cost?
A: The price does not include shipping Cost. It is FOB Shenzhen price
