SCJ-B type of fire hose drying machine (later called as drying machine) is a new product developed and produced by our company for drying fire hose based on electric blow drying principle. The product is fast drying, no dust, no pollution, easy operation, safe and reliable.

II 、Use directions
User should follow strictly the procedures in the operation instructions.
Turn on 220V power supply, open the power switch, check if the operation states of fan and electric heater of the drying machine are normal and if there is hot air blowing out from the exhaust hole. If working is normal, it can be used, turn off the power switch;
Open the fire hose for drying and put it at front of the drying machine and it can not be tied into a knot or bending. Connect one end of the fire hose to the exhaust hole of the drying machine by a quick connector. After connecting, turn on the power switch, the drying machine works properly, other end of the fire hose will blow air out; After the fire hose is blown dry, at first turn off the power switch, wear protective gloves and take the fire hose off from the drying machine. After the fire hose is recovered to the normal temperature, roll it up. After use, turn off the power switch, disconnect 220V power supply;
Note:When handling fire hoseon the drying machine, the temperature of the quick connecter of the drying machine is high, so it is necessary to wear gloves to prevent hot;
III、Maintenance
This equipment should be installed in a dry, ventilated place and the installation should be stable and firm;
After each time of use, clean equipment and strengthen maintenance;
If the equipment is not used for a long time, it must be cleaned and covered to prevent corrosion.
