SRL1 series continuous water softener are the latest products that are developed based on years of production experiences, which maintain the advantage of continuous operation of the fluidized bed process, meanwhile, it's conventional control functions are thoroughly updated, resulting in a more stable and reliable operation performance. Its major advantages include: • Long-term continuous operation, no periodic outage and water quality fluctuations will occur; • Reduced operational cost; low consumption of regeneration agent and service water; high soft water output; • Automatic brine dissolving and filtering, no need to set up a brine dissolving pool, thus heavy work of manual mixing is avoided. • The equipment is more compact, and land occupation is reduced; easy to install; both operation and maintenance are simple. SRL series continuous water softener can be categorized into two types: single-stage exchange and double-stage exchange. The single-stage SRL1series is applicable to water treatment for low pressure boiler, textile industry, dyeing industry and makeup water for circulation cooling; double-stage exchange SRL2 series is applicable to treatment of high hardness water or extremely low hardness water for medium pressure boiler, etc. |
