Carbide sealing rings is a very important part in the market of machanical seal rings.Most tungsten carbide rings are used to seal the clearance between the rotating shaft and the stationary housing in equipment like pumps and mixers, so that liquid can not leak out through this clearance.
Cemented carbide is the best material for seal face rings.One of main reasons for using Tungsten Carbide is the additional wear resistance that can be achieved in both moving and static parts.This is particular the case in serve service conditions, such as high temperature,and high levels of corrosion and abrasion.Because of our high and stable quality tungsten carbide ring/circular, our sealing rings are used in many different mechanical seal industries.
Application:
Nickel binder carbide and Cobalt binder carbide are suitable for high wear resistant rings. Tungsten carbide can develop new grades for customer's special applications. Our customers often order carbide servo shaft orifice, pulse, orifice sealing parts, inner sleeve and poppet tips to us.
