  titanium  is  a new type of metal ,the performance of titanium is  related  to  the  content  of carbon ,nitrogen ,hydrogen  and oxygen .The  pure titanium iodide impurity  content less than 0.1%,but  its  low  strength ,high performance plastic .99.5%pure titanium is :the density of (ρ)is 4.5g/cm3,the melting  point of 172silicon titanium alloy wear-resisiting flooring 5℃，coefficient  of heat conductivity is 15.24w/(m.k),tensile  strength b is 539mpa,elongation  is  25%,section shrinkage of PSI  is 25%,elastic modulus  e is 1.078*105Mpa ,hardness hb195.

Titanium  Characterisitic:high intensity,high thermal strength,good corrosion  resistance ,good low temperature  performance ,chemical  active .


Titanium alloy  density  is about 4.5g/cm3,only 60%of steel ,the strength of pure  titanium  was close to ordinary steel strength ,high strength titanium  alloy than many alloy structural steel strength .Therefore titanium alloy strength (strength/density) is much larger than other metal structure materials ,seetable ,can be produced the unit has high strength ,good rigidity ,light quality zero components.The  engine component,the  plan frame ,skin ,fasteners  and landing gear  and so the use  of titanium alloy .

Hot  forging  process  in metal  above  the recrystallization  temperature
Hot  rolled  under  the above the recrystallization   temperature  of the rolling process.
Cold  plastic deformantion temperature  is lower than  the  temperature  of the rolling process
