TItanium is a new type of metal ,the performance of titanium is related to the content of carbon ,nitrogen ,hydrogen and oxygen .The pure titanium iodide impurity content less than %,but its low strength ,high performance plastic .99.5%pure titanium is :the density of (ρ)is 4.5g/cm3 ,the melting point of 172silicon titanium alloy wear-resisting flooring 5℃,coefficient of heat conditivity is 15.24w/(m.k),tensile strength b is 539mapa,elongation is 25%,section shrinkage of PSI is 25%,elastic modulus is 1.078*105Mpa ,hardness hb195.
Titanium Characteristic:high intensity ,high thermal strength ,good corrosion resistance ,good temperature performance ,chemical active .
Titanium alloy density is about 4.5g/cm3,only 60%of steel ,the strength of pure titanium was close to ordinary steel strength ,high strength titnaium alloy than many alloy structural steel strength .Therefore titanium alloy strength (strength/density) is much larger than other meatl structure materials ,see table ,can be produced the unit has high strength ,good rigidity ,light quality zero components .The engine component,the plane frame ,skin ,gasteners and landing gear and so the use of titanium alloy .

Hot forging process in metal above the recrystallization temperature
Hot rolled under the above the recrystallization temperature of the rolling process.
Cold plastic deformation temperature is lower than the teperature of the rolling process.
