Decoiler- leveler – puncher (servo feeding model) – feeding and guide part – main roll former – cutter – final products output

Leveler device
This leveler system is included several transportation rollers and 7 leveler rollers. Raw material coil plate is sent leveler through transportation rollers, make material coil plate to be flat, reduces the steel plate inner stress, the raw material coil plate is convenient to do following process. Adjusts leveler rollers space accord to different coil thickness, make the level function to be the best.
Puncher
This system includes press machine and transportation device. Puncher supplies power for punch die and moving rail, then make punch die to work on steady state. On working process, control system gives working signal to puncher, press machine punches holes on right step.
Transportation system has some rollers, and those rollers are driven by servo motor.
All holes and circle angles are punched at same time, because the holes` standard is not changed.
Feeding and guide device
Feeding and guide devices are installed on both sides of main roll former entrance. On working condition, raw material coil plate is sent to main machine through feeding and guide device, in order to make raw material coil to get into main machine on right direction.
This feeding and guide device width can be adjusted by hand wheel, whatever right side or left side, they are all adjustable.
Main roll former
1. Main roll former motor power: about 4 Kw
2. Main machine includes machine base, transmission parts and forming rollers, etc.
3. Machine base has 2 parts, they are connected together on working state.
4. Forming roller material is GCr15, roller surface is quenching and polishing.
5. Forming shaft material is 45# steel.
6. Motor drives line working actions, and transmission model is gear and chain.
7. Up and down rollers` space can be adjusted by hand wheel, in order to satisfy different coil thickness.
Cutter
Cutter system includes base plate, cutter die, guide device and hydraulic cylinder, etc.
1.Base plate uses welded steel frame, it is high strength.
2.There is a piece waste plate after cut action. Cut die material is Cr12, cut die is quenching treatment.
3.Guide device uses slide block model, make cutter working actions is on steady state.
4.System power is supplied by hydraulic station.
Final products rack
It is used to support final products, total length is 2 meters. Uses square pipe to weld together, and some support rollers are installed on support frame.
This rack height can be adjusted a little, in order to match final products output height.
Control system
1. Uses PLC to control all lines actions and line speed is adjusted by transducer.
2. Human and machine interface, all working data can be input and cancelled on touch screen.
3. Operate model: touch screen and buttons.
4. Each final products length will be measured by coder.
5. PLC brand is Japanese MITSUBISH.
Hydraulic system
1. Uses single hydraulic station and supplies power for decoiler and cutter.
2. Main hydraulic valves are all use Chinese brand products.
