1.Decoiler
Structure
Decoiling is in passive type.
Manually Expand Mandrel to hold the Coil.
There are 8 baffles with the decoiler. When feeding the coil, 2 baffles inside to positioning action, and 2 baffles outside to avoid the material fetch way.
It is with damping device.

2.Leveling Device
Structure
There are 7 rolls, 2 feeding rolls and 5 leveling rolls.
Leveling device is drove by same motor with roll former.
Using lead screw to adjust the rolls go up and down
There is rule on the feeding side of the leveler for easy control feeding.

3.Roll Former
Structure
It is column wall structure with chain transmission.
Using spacer bush to adjust different dimension of door frame section.
Roller Station quantity: about 16 roller stations + 2 assisted rollers
Shaft Diameter: Ø60mm
adjust the Up shaft`s Screw rod to change the interval, Screw rod is Trapezoidal thread, adjust the Up shaft only need to turn one nut. The down Shaft is fixed.Roller station outboard`s nuts have two types: levorotation (down shaft) and dextrorotation (up shaft).
Roller Station material is QT470.
Shaft material is 40Cr, the quenching hardness is HRC45.
Roll Former motor power: about 11KW
Roller Mould
Roller Material is Cr12, with polishing treatment on the surface, the quenching hardness is HRC58 – 62.
Make marks on the roller side and the spacer bush for purpose of easy repairing.
4.Cutting Device
Structure
There is no waste after cutting.
There are 2 sets of blades to be exchanged.
The moving of cutter is drove by ball screw.
The moving table of cutter adopts 2 guide rails and 4 sliders.
Cutter material: Cr12MoV, the quenching hardness is HRC58 – 62.
Cutting Tolerance: ±1.5mm
5.Hydraulic System
Structure
Hydraulic unit is equipped for Cutting Device.
ATOS Magnetic valve.
NO. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil.
It consists of motor oil pump, valve; pressure gage; filter and so on.
Hydraulic system must be equipped with filter, the oil cleanness must be guaranteed at class 6 – 8.
6.Electric Control System
Encoder measure length, mach speed with servo motor to ensure the cutting precision.
Japan MITSUBISHI PLC (or similar brand)
Low-voltage apparatus is Schneider
Switch is Schneider
OMRON Encoder
Electric controller cabinet adopts Germany RITTAL standard.
7.Safety Precautions, Transportation and Rust Prevention
Moving Parts covered by Safe guard, painted by the Warning Color, put Warning Mark.
The components make the Blast Sanding treatment before Painting. Machine frame with Annealing Treatment.
Before shipment, every part will be painted by antirust oil.
The machine`s color is customized.
