Computerised wood carving machine EagleTec-N2030MS8 is a router machine for big quantity wood carving jobs specially. Features of computerized carving machine
1) Big torque water cooling spindle is ideal for wood carving jobs cause wood carving jobs always take very long time to finish; while water cooling is better on cooled effect an air cooling in long time run.
2) The Z-axis has a dual pneumatic counter-balance cylinder to allow very fast and accurate Z-axis positioning.
3) Full servo driving system offers fast feeding speed, smooth run and quiet operation.
4) Eight spindles’ design is ideal for mass production task, it can finish 8 pieces of job in one time.
5) The X and Y axis motion is via a rack and pinion drive, which is hardened for
extremely long life and ground for a very good accuracy; The Z axis is driven by a hardened Germany rolling antibacklash ball screw. Perfect connection between ball screw shaft and driving motor shaft allows Z axis run in long term without trouble.
6) Each axis of motion is supported on high precision linear guide ways. Hiwin linear
guides allow for higher feed speeds and a better quality of cut.
7) The Y-axis uses a dual drive, one for each side of the gantry.
8) Software: ArtCAM, Type 3 and UcanCAM.
9) Has the function of re-carving after break point and power failure.
10) All the linear guides are centrally lubricated from a central system.
