For single core PVC or XLPE insulated or covered aerial cable without messenger or neutral conductor, the phase conductor may be AAC or AAAC or ACSR or Copper.

For more than one core PVC or XLPE insulated 11kv abc cable with or without messenger or neutral conductor and with or without street lighting conductor, the phase conductor and street lighting conductor are AAC with PVC insulation,and the messenger or neutral conductor is AAAC or ACSR with or without temperature of conductor during short-circuit ( 5s max. duration) shall not exceed: 250oC(XLPE insulated), 130 oC (PE insulated), 160 oC (PVC insulated); 11kv abc cable The ambient temperature under installation should not be lower than: -20 oC.
