Characteristics of vat: There is not strict requirement of the pulp ,there is fiber upright on the surface in the process of forming, it can improve the binding force between the interlayer and avoid the stratification,and the same structure vat is applying to the pulp of the paper that there is little difference,it is easy to operate and control.
1.In order to ensure approach flow channel smooth and no hanging pulp,counter flow vat is made of SS304 that is polished on the surface. and the roughness reaches 0.4μm.
2.The apron is applying to pulled structure so that it si easy to clean,and reduces the intensity of cleaning,save the time of cleaning.
3.Arc type stock-stirring plate is made of stainless steel, and the straightness is stringent as well as the arc.
4.It is suitable for kinds of long/short fiber pulp, adaptation of pulp freeness is widely,fiber wet weight is:5-16g, pulp freeness is：20-80 0.SR. Banners difference is:±1.2%-1.5%。The pulp is forming uniformly that it improves the uniformity of paper web cross basis weight。
5.The pulp is passing through the cone pipes and reflux unit,it is good for dispersing the fiber and uniforming the pulp,so it can improve the quality and uniformity.The paper is flat and the dryness of paper is good.uniform concentration makes the fibers distribute evenly, it is good for making paper with good uniformity,good drying.
6.The disadvantage of counter flow vat is that the uniformity of paper is low,working speed is not high.
