(1) Remote monitor
Remote monitor system inspects the wind speed and generator voltage, send order to change the wind turbine stop or run even send order to start up the background power source. This system also sends unusual station and failure parameters to user, improve the user’s emergency capacity and pertinence to debugging.
(2) Automatic yawing
Automatic wind answering system will find the right wind direction according to the inspection to wind speed and wind direction. To make sure a good output power at small wind speed and a good protection at gale. Rotating body is same with MW wind turbine’s , lower failure rate, long service life.
(3) Pitch control
Double degree pitch control. It takes account of lower startup wind and speed and regulation at gale.
Joint bearing of pitch controlled mechanism main parts protection. It extends service life
Blade bearing room protection. We build a independent bearing lubrication room to ensure bearing lubrication.
(4) High efficiency generator
Inner rotor design with good tightness. Level of protection: IP54
Radial tile-shaped permanent magnet rotor magnetic circuit structure: flux density is 10-15% higher than traditional Tangential magnetic circuit.
Generator fractional slot winding: generator design adopts fractional slot winding; lower output harmonic component of generator; lower waveform distortion; lower startup resist moment. All of these make wind turbine startup with lower wind speed.
Special electromagnetic load design: not only consider of generator capacity, but also improve generator’s overload capacity by 1.5 times. Larger cooling area: generator cooling area is over 2.5 times comparing with Stator outer circumference area. The temperature rise is always lower than 85 degree with long time running with 1.2 times to full output power.
Cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel sheet: Lower generator iron loss
Independent design stator piece: more reasonable generator stator cell structure. Lower current density
Higher fixed voltage adjustable rate: Fixed voltage adjustable rate is over 45%. Lower cut-in wind speed; Easier for grid-connection inverter power design.
High structure strength: generator case can bear some damaged working condition such as single blade fly out. 1.5 times safety ratio
Permanent magnet direct-drive structure: no gear case, low failure rate.
