Hydrocyclone introdution and application:
This hydrocyclone mainly function is to remove the soluble and insoluble protein, fine fibers in starch slurry, it is the key equipment for starch concentration, washing and refining. Henan Doing Co. hydrocyclone group has multifunction of concentration, recovery, washing and separation of residue. Widely used for maize starch, cassava starch, potato starch extraction, keep the quality of the final starch. Hydrocyclone working principle:
The starch slurry enters the third of the hydrocyclone for concentration, and the fresh water enters the hydrocyclone from the other end which washes starch. The overflow enters two grade recovery station to recycle starch, the bottom flow is washed through 13 grade washing cyclone to ensure that the starch slurry does not contain impurities and final starch will be in accordance with national standard.
