    • 2. Mixing process: Add water and tapioca starch to mixing tank after the proportion adjusted. PH value adjusted to 5.6-6.0.
    • 3. Liquefaction process: Put the α-enzyme into liquid, and deliver the liquid to jet cooker with 100-108℃ steam temperature. We can get liquid glucose syrup.
    • 4. Protein in tapioca starch filtering process:
    • This time the glucose syrup liquid still have many protein contain, so we should use plate frame filter press machine to remove the protein. Then the separated proteins can be washed, dried and crushed, finally get animal feed. This increase the add-value of your plant.
