Sunflower seeds → Vibrate cleaning sieve → Magnetic seperating( metal impurities) → Destonner → Cracker → Kernel husk separator → Flaker → Cooker → Oil press machine → Clarifying oil tank → Leaf filter → Crude oil tank

The details about sunflower seed oil production process:

First, use vibrate cleaning sieve, magnetic separator and de-stonner to remove metals, small stones, impurities from raw sunflower seeds.

Second, use cracker, kernel husk separator and flaker to make sunflower seed clean, thin and small.

Third, cook sunflower seeds to be ready for pressing.

Fourth, press sunflower seeds.

Through sunflower seed oil press part, the oil residue inside sunflower seed cake still have about 12–16%. If you want extract more oil from the sunflower seed cakes, there must be sunflower seed oil solvent extraction plant. After solvent extraction plant, the oil residue inside sunflower seed cake will be only 1%.
