Moreover, the added isolation agent will not cause too much waste.The recovered isolator can be reused.

Prepare for start machine
1. Whether the electrical wiring is accurate or whether loose.
2,use megger measure motor, cast aluminum heater of the insulation resistance shall not be less than 0.5 M Ω.
3. All thermocouples, melt sensors and other detection elements whether are installed well.
4. The main motor voltage is 380V, and the frequency range is 0-50hz.Screw speed 0-130r/min.
5. Add high temperature heat conduction oil WD320 to the mould temperature machine.
6. Check the lubrication system:
