It is a very complicated technology to separate palm kernels and shells because thier weight is very close. Our machine adopts professional palm kernel cracker, and the crushing rate is above 90%.
Then using air separator system, our palm kernel separating machine can make the speed and air volume arrive the critical value, and at last separate the palm kernel shells and kernels.
The palm kernel oil expeller machine consists of five parts: feeding hopper, gear box, pressing chamber, pressing screw and frame.
