Description

After entering coccidioides' spore cells, it prevents their development by interfering with DNA synthesis, and starts to play a role in the early life cycle of coccidiae, thus avoiding damage to poultry intestinal tract. The drug is absorbed quickly and can reach the effective concentration of antiglobulins within 1 hour, and the concentration reaches the peak level after 3 days. Captoquine (6% premix) 40mg/kg, 30mg/kg, and 20mg/kg feeds were artificially inoculated with AA broilers of emmellium monton strain, and the results were compared with madomycin. Coccocysts were not detected in the feces and cecum of the cecum in all doses of decoxyquinate group, indicating that there were no mutant strains resistant to decoxyquinate.
