Fiber media converter supports the 1000BASE-TX twisted-pair electrical signal and the 1000BASE-FXX light signal inter conversion. It expands the network transmitting range limit from the copper wire 100 meters to 500 meters (multi- model optical fiber)；100 kilometers (single model optical fiber), and can easily realize the link between HUB, SWITCH, the server, the repeater and long-distance terminal.
10/100/1000M remote manageable fiber media converter is operated with central manageable media converter. The central manageable media converter can supervise the real time situation of remote manageable fiber media converter and set the functions. With this system, the response speed of the operator is quickened, the daily maintenance and network expenditure of the operators are reduced, and the serving quality of them is enhanced.
