Application
This bead extractor is a device to mechanic method to pull out the bead of a tire under ambient temperature; the purpose is to protect the subsequence blades in other machines in the whole processing system.
The main parts include:
Motor, tire baffle, hook, pulley, frame, pulling device, pressing device, hydraulic pressure, etc.
Working principle
Duple pump is forced to move at high speed by the main motor, high pressure oil provided, and piston be forced move forward and back. When the machine working, the pulley move forward and draw back at the force of the powerful drive to pull out the bead. A 'v' shaped device is applied to press the steel being pulling out from the tire to prove slip and springing back to pose threat to person around.
Advantages
1. Hydraulic press station, oil cylinder, control panel, etc. are attached to the frame, which design reduced space required for position, and is easy for transportation.
