Explain:
Miconazole nitrate is an antifungal drug. The product can inhibit the growth of most fungi at a concentration of 4 mg/L. Bacillus and Histoplasma are highly sensitive to it. By interfering with the activity of cytochrome P-450, the biosynthesis of ergosterol, the main steroid in fungal cell membrane, can be inhibited, the permeability of fungal cell membrane can be changed and the leakage of important intracellular substances can be changed, and the biosynthesis of triacylglycerol and phospholipids of fungi can also be inhibited, and the activities of oxidase and peroxidase can be inhibited. Candida albicans can inhibit its transformation from spores to invasive hyphae.
Indication:
1.
