Shoe sole material granulator
The TPV shoe sole material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 60-70 percent of ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 5-20 percent of polypropylene, 10-30 percent of ethylene propylene elastomer, 10-30 percent of thermoplastic elastomer, 5-30 percent of naphthenic oil, 0.5-5.0 percent of a bridging agent, 3.0-10 percent of a bridging adjuvant, 10-30 percent of talcum powder, 1.8-4.0 percent of active zinc-oxide powder, 1.0-2.0 percent of an active agent, 5-15 percent of a wear-resistant agent, 0.5-5 percent of a foaming agent and 0.3-5 percent of a swelling agent. The shoe material manufactured from the TPV foam injection molded shoe sole material is not flashed, and the shoe sole material has the advantages of heat resistance, light weight, high strength and extremely excellent suppleness.
Commonly used materials are vulcanized rubber soles soles, TPR soles, soles and 3D EVA series, of which are more or less the defect: vulcanized rubber sole due to the use of sulfur crosslinking system, SS bond, resulting in the structure out of the CS bond stable, and therefore have good high elasticity, mechanical properties, wear resistance. Then a vulcanized rubber can not be recycled, 15% vulcanization burr is very wasteful, a greater impact on the environment, high cost of production.
Conventional configuration for the equipment includes:pelletizer, three stage air conveying system and vibrating sieve. As the system is in modular design ,customers may add it with the two stage air conveyor, fluidizing bed ,etc.as options according to the process requirment.
