Flotation machine is a main device to realize the flotation process. Flotation machine is applicable for the separation of nonferrous metal and ferrous metals, such as fluorite and talc. The impeller is drived by V-belts, which can bring the centrifugal effect to form negative pressure.
Materials grinded in the wet-type mill are concocted with the basically single-dissociated minerals into ore pulp of certain concentration. Then they fully interact with flotation medicament in the agitation tank. After that, they will be conveyed to the flotation machine for inflation and stirring. When the floatation machine works, the motor drives the impeller to revolve, so the centrifugal effect and negative pressure are produced. On one hand, ample air is absorbed and mixed with mineral slurry, on the other hand, the mixed mineral slurry is mingled with additive, meanwhile, the foams are thinning, the mineral is bounded with foams, and floats up to the surface of mineral slurry and the mineralized foam is formed. The liquid surface can be adjusted with the height of adjustment flashboard, so that the useful foams are scraped with squeegee.
