Cassava starch production line
After being weighted and sorted, the fresh cassava will be firstly transported into the cleaning machine to clean the sand, small stones, dirt and other impurities in cassava starch production line. Then the cleaned cassava will be transported into the washing machine. To achieve a better cleaning effect, it will be better to use the rotary washing machine, so that the impurities such as sand, stone, iron items will be thoroughly cleaned.
2. cassava grinding process
The next cassava starch processing machine is the rasper which is used in cassava starch production line to grinding the washed cassava into cassava slurry. Rasper is an ideal machine for the starch processing industry which has the features of high speed, high grinding coefficient and high starch extraction rate. 3. Starch and slag separating process
The separating process in cassava starch production line is mainly for the separation of fiber and the cassava starch. The centrifuge sieve and fine fiber sieve are used cassava starch processing machine in this process. The centrifuge sieve utilizes the high speed centrifugal force to separate fiber and starch. While the fine fiber sieve take use of low speed centrifuge to achieve the fiber-starch separation. Normally in order to achieve better separation effect, cassava starch processing line adopts multi-stage centrifuge process.

The main function of the cassava desander is to remove sand out of starch slurry. We all know that the sand content of cassava is high. If the sand is not removed, it will influence the taste of the final products. Therefore the desanding step is necessary in cassava starch production line.
5. Cassava concerntration and refining process
Hydrocyclone station is the mainly used machine for remove the protein, cell fiber, cell sap out of starch milk. And a complete hydrocyclone station in cassava starch production line contains the concerntration, refining and recycling.
6. Dewatering process
The dewatering process is maily for reducing water content of cassava milk so that it can meet the drying standard. Peeler centrifuge is widely used machine in cassava starch production line for starch milk dewatering. It is required that the water content of cassava starch is about 38%-40% in cassava starch production process.
Cassava starch drying machine
After dewatering in cassava starch production line, the starch cake is dried in the flash dryer. The wet starch is heated by the hot wind and the water evaporates. After drying, starch is separated from air in a set of cyclone separators. While the collected starch is transported by the screw conveyor to the packing unit. And the finished cassava starch will be packed for storage.
