Our this kind of PBO Roller Tube is a kind of industrial felt fabric with high temperature resistance and wear resistance. It is special developed for aluminum profile factory which used for the discharge port of the extrusion press and the ultra high temperature area. This kind of felt tube is made by PBO and Kelvar fiber in a reasonable ratio. Because the price of the PBO is too high, it is not suitable for production, therefore, the general factory will be used with a certain proportion of Kevlar to meet the demands of high temperature. The price is also relatively economical.

Temperature: 550°C continous use and 600°C peak time.

Thickness :  5-12mm of normal dimension 6mm,8mm,10mm.

Inner dia: 50mm, 60mm, 72mm, 76mm, 77mm, 96mm, 100mm, 110mm, 115mm, 150mm. And the other roller inner dia between 50mm to 150mm is possible.

Length : 100-2500mm of normal demesion 400mm, 450mm, 500mm,600mm.

Application

Applied to aluminum profile extrusion machine run out table and walking beams,Max temperature resistance 600℃.
