API 5L GR.70M PSL2 LSAW STEEL PIPE

UOE welded pipe,JCOE welded pipe,LSAW steel pipe,DSAW steel pipe

LSAW steel pipe is short for Longitudinal double submerge arc welding steel pipe.

JCOE means the forming process,as J shape,C shape,inner&outside welding and cold expansion after welding.Feature:Large diameter,thick wall,high pressure&low temperature resistance

There are PSL1,PSL2.PSL2 NACE for sour service in API 5L standard.

 PSL2 LSAW steel pipe is more test required both seam weld,pipe body,strip/plate end weld

NACE MR 0175 require the pipe material anti sour service for LSAW steel pipe.Such as H2S gas transportation.

Special Test for NACE:

Chemical Component Analysis especially for S,P content.Hardness Vicker test usually performed.

HIC/SWC test will be carried out according to NACE TM0284.

Or if agreed in an alternative test.refer to ISO15156 Table B.3.

SSC test will be carried out according to NACE TM0177,Solution A.

A four-point bend test piece in accordance with ISO7539-2 or ASTM G39 shall be used and test duration shall be 720 hours. If agreed an alternative test accept refer to ISO15156.

The cost in china lab fees for SSC is 5 times as HIC.
