This machine adopts four axis servo motor direct drive, high speed and mute, simplify the mechanical structure, minimize the mechanical failure.The function of rotating shuttle oil storage and automatic oil feeding has solved one of the technical difficulties of quilting machine, making the shuttle more durable. A high stability circular cutter is used to cut the line so that the length of the bottom line is consistent. 10 centimeters lifting, can make the quilts up and down more convenient and easy, effective protect the needle and presser foot pole from damage. Adopt precise linear guide rail, make the machine more stable and smooth.
