CQB-F Fluoroplastic magnetic centrifugal pump is made of FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene )plastic and CQB-F fluoroplatic mgnetic centrifugal pump is widely used to transfer strong acid and strong alkali and salt and organic solvent etc.
Fluorinated ethylene propylene or FEP is a copolymer of hexafluoropropylene and tetrafluoroethylene. It is different from the polytetrafluoroethylene resins. FEP plastic is melt-processable by conventional injection molding and screw extrusion techniques.
Work principle:
CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic drive centrifugal pump(CQB-F magnetic pump). When the outside magnet steel of magnetic drive rotates, the magnetic line of force goes through the gap and spacer sleeve to work on the inside magnet steel driving the pump shaft rotating in step with the motor and transferring torque without contact. The liquid at the drive input end of pump shaft rotating in step with the motor and transferring torque without contact. The liquid at the drive input end of pump shaft is fully confined inside the spacer sleeve without any dynamic seal, thus avoiding any liquid dripping, leak and spill which is a frequent problem in petrochemical industry. This pump is suitable for conveying toxic, harmful, flammable, explosive and precious liquids as an ideal pump for factory building free from leakage and pollution.
Application:
CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic centrifugal pump is widely applied in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, plating, environmental, food, film printing, water treatment, defense etc. It is ideal equipment to convey flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, precious and caustic liquids. (It is strictly prohibited to transport containing particles and the crystallization of the liquid).
