Groundnut also called groundnut, is one kind of oilseed with high oil content and high nutritive value. The groundnut kernel has 40%-51% oil content, which is also one of the most widely used oilseeds.
Because of the high oil content, two types of the processing technology can both used in groundnut oil production line: pressing method and solvent extraction method. Which method used depends on your requirement and the capacity you want.

Groundnut oil pretreatment process of groundnut oil processing machine:
Groundnut oil pretreatment and prepressing section is the basic parts for a groundnut oil processing machine.This section includes:cleaning,crushing,soften,flaking,roaster etc process to adjust the groundnut seed into the best condition for oil pressing,easy to press oil out and easy for next groundnut oil production section.
a. Cleaning device:remove the raw material groundnut in various impurities, such as: iron, stones, clump, such as the plant leaf, clean up till impurity content does not eceed 0.2%.
b.Crushing machine: groundnut is crushed into 6-8 pieces. In order to meet the requirements of crushing, the groundnut is suitable for crushing with the moisture of 7% to 12%.
c. Softening process:the purpose of softening is to adjust the moisture and temperature of oil, and make it soft.
d.Flaking process: rolling raw material into flakes, and the purpose is to increae surface area, destroy the groundnut cell tissue, shorten the way of oil out from cake.
e:Cooking process: use steam cooking, inject direct steam and cook the flakes to meet the requirement of oil press.
f.Pre-press: press the flakes to leave about 16%-18% in the cake. The cake will go to etraction process.
Groundnut oil solvent extraction process of groundnut oil processing machine:
After the pre-treatment, the next step is solvent extraction, which is using the solvent to exact oil from the groundnut cakes. By this kind of technology, the residual oil ratio in the oil meal is less than 1%.
1. Solvent pumps: continuously spray solvent to the rotary-type etractor
2. Roary etractor: Spray and soak the pre-pressed cake with solvent so that oil fats can be diss-olved in solvent(form miscella). After processing, you can get wet meal and miscella (mied oil).
3. DTDC: usd to separate the solvent from the wet meal.
4. Miscella tank 1st: pump the miscella (oil with solvent) in to the miscella 1st , then add saline water to it. The phospholipid in the miscella will react with the saline water, at last the reactant precipitate, reaching the goal of purifying.
5. Miscella tank 2nd: the purified miscella will be pumped into it.
6. Miscella stripping: it will remove the remaining solvent in miscella. And the solvent will be discharged to condenser for recycling.
7. Condensers: to cooling the solvent gas separated from the wet meal and miscella for recycling.
Groundnut oil refining process of groundnut oil processing machine:
After solvent extraction, there are some impurities in crude groundnut oil. To get the higher quality final product oil, the crude groundnut oil should be refined by groundnut oil refining machine.
It includes four steps of Degumming-Deacidification-Decolorization-Deodorization.
And there are three types of the refinery equipment: batch type, semi-continuous type and full-continuous type.
