Product Introduction
High frequency screen, also called high frequency vibrating screen, is the most commonly-used screen equipment widely applied to dry and wet screen, classification and dewatering of all materials in ore concentration, coal concentration, chemical, brick making, food, pharmacy, alkali making, chemical fertilizer and paper making industries. It's also applied to classification of fine particles in ore concentrator. Under the condition of proper feeding concentration, granularity (-200mesh content) and the difference between the required particle size and feeding size of less than 30 percentage point, the screen efficiency reaches to more than 70%, which greatly reduces the cycle workload and qualified particle content and improves the capacity of the mill.
Working Principle
High frequency screen is composed of vibration exciter, slurry distributor, screen frame, frame, suspension spring and screen cloth. It has high efficiency, low vibration and high screen frequency. Different from the principle of common screen equipment, the high frequency destroys the tension of the slurry surface and speedy vibration of fine materials on the screen surface, speeds up the large density (specific gravity) useful materials and segregation action, and increases the contact probability between materials of less than separation size and the screen pore. Thus, it creates better separation condition to make materials of less than separation size, especially those with large specific gravity, and the slurry to pass through the sieve pore as undersize collection.
Performance Characteristics
1. No rotary spare parts and no need of filling lubricating grease;
2. Simple structure, convenient maintenance, long duration and low failure rate;
3. The vibrator adopts resonance principle. Double plastid works near the state of resonance with low drive power. Both the starting current and noise are low;
4. After its startup, the amplitude reaches instantly to a stable value. When it stops, the amplitude disappears. It's allowable to directly start and stop within the rated voltage, current and amplitude.
5. The exciting force or amplitude of the screen is adjustable by altering the exciting force of the screen to control the size of undersize collection. It's beneficial to ensure the concentrate grade of different sizes of ores;
6. During the vibration of the screen, the diagrid also produces relative vibration with no congestion between screen pieces.
