Introduction
Overflow type ball mill is a kind of mineral processing ball mill, its name comes from its ore discharge way, overflow type ball mill ore discharge way is not forced ore discharge, only when the pressure in the barrel body to a certain degree, pulp is higher than the bottom edge of the hollow shaft at the end of the ore discharge, will flow overflow. Therefore, it is more suitable for the second stage grinding with fine fineness.
In addition to being widely used in mineral processing industry, overflow ball mill can also be used in industrial production, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal processing and glass ceramics and other production industries, dry or wet grinding of various ores and other grindable materials. In the mineral processing industry, it is often used for grinding fine degree of ore, or concentrate regrinding operations.
Characteristic
1. High wear resistance
The barrel is welded with 15-36mm thick steel plate, and both ends of the barrel are welded with cast-steel flanges to improve the wear resistance.
2. Advanced component performance
Short stop grinding time, small running vibration, does not affect the life of overflow grinding, saving man power for customers.
3. High degree of automation
Grinding fineness, grinding time overflow type ball mill can be controlled by itself.
4. Diversified working methods
Overflow type ball mill can be used for dry grinding, wet grinding and mixed fine grinding.
