Introduction

1. Wet ball mill adopts rolling bearing instead of sliding bearing, friction is greatly reduced, easy to start, energy saving is obvious, with strong adaptability to materials, continuous production, large crushing ratio, easy to adjust the fineness of grinding products and other characteristics.
2. Compared with the dry ball mill system, the production cost of the wet ball mill system is much lower than that of the wet ball mill system.Although the power consumption of wet ball mill is high, the running cost of the whole system is low, which is only 1/3 of that of dry mill system.
3. The wet grinding scheme is simple and reliable, and can avoid the influence of the powder head and noise in the dry grinding system on the plant.
