Each component (• Spall foil • Ceramic • Composite substrate • Adhesive)within the composite system has a specific function. The hard ceramic layer reduces the speed of the projectile and micronises the projectile. The resulting low mass and the significantly reduced speed of these residual fragments, is completely absorbed by the elastic/plastic deformation in the composite substrate. CeramTec-ETEC does not supply complete armor.

We can do the quantity that u need but if do more quantity will get more competitive price

Usually need 2days grinding material,2days do the injection modeul ,2days do sintering and 2days do the quality test and inspect.So roughly need 8days,if more quantity will need another 2-3days .
