Product description:

The biogas purification skid effectively integrates the modules of purification, compression, dehydration, membrane separation and post pressurization of the crude biogas, and integrates the whole process of biogas purification into the integrated skid mounted equipment, forming five main unit modular equipment: biogas desulfurization unit SRU, biogas fan unit RBU, biogas decarbonization unit CRU, natural gas booster CNG and gas dispenser / injection DSP. The modular quick building station system can ensure the purity and recovery efficiency of methane, at the same time; it occupies the minimum ground, is convenient for installation and transfer, simple and intelligent operation, and provides a higher cost performance for the owner of methane purification and utilization.

Multistage purification:

Another core technology of biogas decarbonization unit is gas purification and separation technology. Hollow fiber membrane is used to separate carbon dioxide. The multi-stage purification process is divided into modules of pre membrane gas purification, primary membrane separation, secondary membrane separation and membrane plus three-stage membrane separation.
